What is the return policy?
We want you and your pets to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return items within 10 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund or exchange based on your preference.
Are any purchases a final sale?
Unless specifically marked as Final Sale, most of our products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. Items labeled Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. We always highlight these items clearly at checkout so you’ll know before completing your purchase.
When will I get my order?
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped right to your door. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically you can expect your package within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Where are your products manufactured?
We carefully source our products both locally within South Africa and from trusted global suppliers. This allows us to offer the best of both worlds.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is R80 per order. Orders over R450 qualify for FREE shipping
